Reservation

• Web-based reservations are not guaranteed until responded to by phone or e-mail.

• Executive service web reservations require a minimum of 48 hours notice.

• Stretch limo service web reservations require 7 days advance notice.

• Credit card payment will be taken at the time of pick up by our driver.

• If you need service but don't qualify under our policies please call and we may be able to meet your needs.

• All of our limousines are non-smoking.

Cancellation

• Cancellation of executive limousine requires 48 hours advance notice or full fare applies!

• Cancellation of stretch limousine requires 7 days advance notice or full fare applies!

• Alterations require a minimum of 48 hours notice otherwise we can make no guarantee.

General Disclaimer

Vincent's Limousine Service reserves the right to terminate service at any time for inappropriate behavior such as drug use or possession, under-age possession of alcohol, belligerent behavior or anything that jeopardizes the integrity of our driver or our vehicle.

Alcohol is permitted but state law requires that you furnish your own beverages.

We want you to have a great time in one of our limousines but not at the expense of our companies reputation.
